Employee Referral Program Coordinator

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia a global leader who's been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for an Employee Referral Program Coordinator to support our client, providing support and program management.

This is a W-2 full-time contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA with remote options. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

In this role you will be managing referral bonus payments, responding to employee inquiries, processing referral submissions and providing ongoing reporting on program results. In addition, you will partner with recruiters and cross functional teams to support referrals events, promotions and special projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide a white-glove service to all referral candidate applications which could include following up on status and dispositioning applications.
• Provide regular reporting of employee referrals activity and results.
• Support recruiters and program manager with the execution of referral events and promotions.
• Validate qualified referrals and execute global monthly referral payout process.
• Verify submission data and check for duplicate records, resolve data issues.
• Adjudicate referrals disputes related to referral guidelines and/or eligibility in accordance with policy.
• Provide timely response to employee and recruiter questions, manage the resolution of escalated issues.
• Partner cross functionally with supporting the redesign of our referral program.

What we need to see:

• 2+ years of experience.
• Innovate and assist with developing new processes while maintaining flexibility in an evolving environment.
• Prior experience working in dynamic office environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and can handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Your ability to show initiative and deliver results.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization, time management, and your detail orientated.
