TX Enablement & Content Ops drives operational excellence in content development and enablement processes in support of Onboarding, Employee Learning, and Talent Management.


  • Serving as a connection point and trusted partner across Talent, ESSO, Comms, Creative, and key suppliers to drive the delivery of multi-channel enablement that is relevant, impactful, simple, and connected.
  • Partnering with program leads on go-to-market strategies. The team understands program objectives and audience to plug into the existing enablement landscape and make connections across the FY24 roadmap.
  • Defining operating models and clear governance to create and deliver enablement content with consistency and efficiency.


We are looking for an operations specialist in support of our Talent Management portfolio. This role will be required to:


  • Define & enforce operating models across Creative, Comms, Translations, Trailhead, ELC comms, and suppliers
  • Drive & manage all content updates in Talent Experience Enablement Library (decks, playbooks, Concierge, etc.) across multiple teams, departments and stakeholders leading up to timely launches
  • Maintain updated TX Site content & enhancements by partnering with comms team & program leads on key messages and authoring updates in Wordpress
  • Measure enablement efforts where possible (TX site views, engagement) support
  • Partner with stakeholders on the enablement & comms go to market strategy for Talent Management programs, including but not limited to: High Performance Culture, Promotions, Values & Behaviors, V2MOM, IDP, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Check-Ins
  • Communicate timelines and RACI frameworks across key groups of stakeholders
  • Organize and manage project planning sessions and meetings


Requirements


  • Proven experience working across multiple teams
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of talent management programs at Salesforce (V2MOM, IDP, Quarterly Check-Ins, etc.)
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
  • WordPress authoring skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time, providing both operational and strategic support

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.


For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $47,000 to $64,700.


Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
