The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. - Managing and booking travel for the EVP and SVP of the group.
- From time-to-time, may also coordinate special events, signing ceremonies and presentations related to departmental activities.
- Maintenance of department schedules related to ongoing business, design and operational activities.
- Coordinating schedules for the EVP and SVP, and the wider group as necessary.
- Attend meetings, in-person and/or by phone or Zoom, and take and publish notes from these meetings.
- Assemblage and submission of expense reports.
Basic Qualifications
- Must possess strong verbal and writing capabilities.
- Experience with PowerPoint for the purposes of deck development & Excel for expense tracking.
- Attention to detail, adherence to schedule requirements and the ability to multi-task are also key to success in this position.
