Gifting Coordinator Jobs

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear and loungewear.
We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for a Gifting Coordinator to join our Influencer Marketing team.
As the Gifting Coordinator, you should have a passion for popular culture, be extremely organized, and be equal parts creative and strategic.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing updates to all teams throughout sample production process and manage expectations on timelines
• Supporting all communication with the production team regarding orders, timelines, delivery, and receipt
• Coordinating the planning & management of all gifting efforts – VIP, Influencer, and beyond
• Collate gift orders, delivery addresses, tracking communication & costings
• Effectively take projects from concept to completion using great problem-solving skills and follow through
• Create and coordinate content with social influencers for unpaid influencer marketing programs across various channels.
• Evolve and innovate SKIMS’ gifting process – inventory management, sample trafficking and mastery of product
• Actively log competitor gifting, new ideas & innovations for both online & offline gifting
• Tracking and reporting all gifting efforts and leveraging feedback to the rest of the team
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that gifting is available for all business needs
• Utilization of influencer management platform, Grin, to launch monthly gifting campaigns in support of brand moments

Professional Skills, Experience And Attributes

• Experience with relevant businesses/industries
• 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships
• Outstanding professionalism and discretion – experience in customer service is a plus
• Enthusiastic, team player
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy

• BA/BS degree preferred
• This role will never be a 9-5 and may require weekend commitments
• Does not want to be an influencer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
