Hr Business Support Consultant

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the HR Team supporting Wells Fargo's Enterprise Functions . For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:

• Create and manipulate reporting, data and analytics needs
• Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
• Work closely with cross functional teams to execute a variety of people-oriented programs, services and initiatives
• Support the development and execution of HR initiatives to propel business results and performance
• Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
• Utilize independent judgment to guide low to moderate risk deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach.
• Business mindset with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Prioritize work across multiple leaders and lines of business.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelines.
• Experience working in a human resources function.
• Experience interpreting and aggregating data and translating them into user stories.
• Ability to track and monitor complex projects, communicate progress to business leaders.

Job Expectations:

• This position will have onsite presence and has been posted in Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne location) and Phoenix, AZ.
