Hr Generalist/Recruiter

Our HR team, and our company at large, is growing! We're based in Boca Raton and our international manufacturing company needs to add a 3rd member to our HR team.

This role will report to the HR Manager and have increasing exposure and responsibility in the organization.

• "Own" the social media as far as recruitment is concerned
• 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
• Recruit for hourly positions
• Onboarding
• Training administration
• Must have great communication skills
• Prior experience recruiting hourly employees is helpful
• Bachelor's degree preferred
