We are a treatment team of professional clinicians, medical, psychiatric, & behavioral health personnel. We serve as South Floridas leading substance use treatment center, utilizing a combination of evidence-based practices and holistic methods to provide an individualized recovery experience that is tailored to each patients unique situation. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team.

We are seeking an experienced HR/Office Generalist to maintain and support the administrative and HR needs of our facility. Our ideal candidate is professional, organized, and contributes to our positive team culture. This role works closely with the Executive Director and HR Director to ensure smooth administration and HR functions and supports our mission in being a leading treatment program and providing outstanding client care.

Requirements


In order to be considered for the HR Generalist position, you will need:


  • HS Diploma or higher, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • To be highly organized with strong computer literacy
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Office management and HR functions


Responsibilities


  • Ensures patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.
  • Maintains proper attendance requirements and limits unexcused absences per Company policy.
  • Enters data into the computer system and maintains its accuracy.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
  • Mails paid invoices to appropriate party as requested by CFO and/or Financial Controller
  • Participates in Management Team Meetings as needed.
  • Attend quarterly meetings for the following committees: Performance Improvement. Leadership/Administrative Committee, Safety and Risk Management Committee & Credentialing/HR
  • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes financial statements for Company.
  • Answers main phone line and transfers calls to the appropriate party and/or takes messages
  • Identified as the Audit Staff for HR and will prepare for and sit through on-site audits
  • Maintains financial records for the Company including monthly expense reports.
  • Manages staff travel and reimbursement of expenses.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
  • Supervises front office area ensuring area is hazard free and kept orderly
  • Ensures compliance with DCF & Joint Commission requirements.
  • Complete all HR functions included in hiring and onboarding
  • Maintains office supply stock weekly and submits orders for any supply items running low
  • Identified as the Designee for the HR & IT and handles all responsibilities associated with such position
  • Oversees administrative functioning of the facility in an organized and professional manner.
  • Contacts property management for any maintenance related issues
  • Prepares various financial reports upon request.


Pay: $45,000-$55,000 per year


Schedule: Full-time
