As the Human Resources Generalist, you will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. You will play an integral role in creating and implementing Human Resources practices, programs and objectives to support an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.


The ideal HR Generalist has 2+ years of HR experience and is preferably bilingual in Spanish and English. Being bilingual is preferred but not required. This is a great role for an HR Assistant or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to take the next step in their career. It's most important to have the right candidate with a positive attitude who wants to make an impact on the company. One of the most amazing things about this company is the people and culture!! This position is fully on-site but after the first few months, there is flexibility to work hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote).

Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our Sales team. The ideal candidate is preferably bilingual in Spanish and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. The candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in FMLA, workers compensation experience. Responsibilities


  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage FMLA and workers compensation cases
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Provide HR support to Sales team in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on HR issues
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures


Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers compensation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
