- Conduct workplace investigations.

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process
- Work with multiple databases, including the financial database NetSuite.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations in florida and other states where remote employees are located.
- Lead, maintain and conduct on-going improvement of the the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Work closely with the CEO and the Executive teams to execute the CEO’s visions.
- Administer all compensation and benefit plans, including bonuses, commission plans
- Conduct employee onboarding, organize and conduct training & development initiatives, including the implementation of effective 90-day plans.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- PHR, SPHR, BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field preferred.
- Maintain and exceed basic on-going knowledge of HR related subjects for compliance.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Understand that all employees have an at-will employment relationship.
- Advanced understanding of importance and urgency of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all areas of HR compliance (hiring, firing, recruiting, safety, compensation, benefits, EEOC, etc.)
- Management experience.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office; HRIS and Recruiting systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, JazzHR, LinkedIn).
- Minimum of four (4+) years as a proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Additional HR training that include multiple states will be a plus.
