This 150-employee firm, which has steadily grown in revenue and profit since 2002, is seeking Account Executives to sell $5k to $50k+ ACV software and services deals to SMB and mid-sized companies in your metro area and state. This is a hybrid role; you will work frequently from the office, but you’ll also have many face-to-face client meetings and can work from home as well.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from the company’s local office and also your home office.
* $60k to $80k+ base, $130k to $150k On-Target Earnings (OTE). Annual quota is $250k and there are major accelerators. Top performers exceed $200k on this plan year after year.
* 2 years of experience selling an HCM or HR Tech solution is required.
* Some of our top verticals include private schools, senior living, fitness clubs, restaurants, and franchises.
* This is a robust offering; you will upsell and cross-sell SaaS modules like talent acquisition, merchant services, retirement planning, and benefits administration.
* Lots of autonomy; our top salespeople approach their territory like running their own business.
* Relationship sellers thrive here; you will bring (or development) lead sources such as CPA firms, brokers, financial advisors, and regional banks.

· Responsible for selling payroll and human resource services
· Work closely with payroll and executive-level decision-makers
· Conduct live demonstrations of our innovative online payroll software
· Prepare pricing proposals
· Close business to meet sales goals

· 2+ years of successful track record in HCM sales
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
