Responsible Partner closely with the People Operations Manager for leading the design, annual planning, deployment, and execution of benefit program initiatives.

Help design, review, and administer incentive/bonus/merit/equity programs robust performance management program that incorporates company values and behaviors.

Review existing HR policies and procedures and update to be in line with legislative and audit requirements.

Experience managing multiple People functions, balancing compliance and business needs and juggling short-term requests with long-term priorities and goals

4 year degree, preferably in Human Resources, Retail or Business Management

An experienced HR immigration professional who enjoys working with individuals and managers on all aspects of immigration and visa sponsorship

Experience setting and implementing company policies.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of HR experience, ideally with hyper growth technology companies

Support the Director of P&C and hiring managers in creating and maintaining recruitment plans to attract diverse and talented candidates

2 - 3+ years of progressive responsibility as an HR generalist. Experience with recruiting is not required, but strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

Experience with multiple PEOs and ATS’ is a bonus.

Alongside people leadership, identify, dig into, and (re)build clients’ people and culture infrastructure towards their north star.

Support implementation of bespoke policies, processes, and systems to support our clients’ evolution.

2-4 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company / start-up

Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics

High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism

Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees

Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

Proven ability in preparing project documentation (charters, project/change management plans, meeting agendas), presentations and plans from scratch.
