We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Supply Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of sourced finished goods, driving our revenue and making a real impact on our success.
Responsibilities
Be the Champion of Supply Planning: You will take charge of the day-to-day planning for our sourced finished goods, working closely with suppliers to meet demand and maximize efficiency.
Collaboration is Key: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Planning, to ensure seamless coordination during product launches and promotions, translating market signals into actionable supply plans.
Analyze and Optimize: Leverage your analytical skills to identify constraints, improve inventory turnover, and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory, all while maintaining top-notch customer service.
Excel in Efficiency: Constantly seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies, you'll drive best-in-class service levels and contribute to our continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
A Passion for Supply Chain: You have a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related analytical discipline, and 3+ years of experience in inventory and supply planning (ideally in CPG).
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Your "can-do" attitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency make you stand out as a solution-oriented individual.
Tech-Savvy and Analytical: You are well-versed in using ERP systems (like SAP) and possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization will set you up for success.
