As a key part of our hospitality team at one of our Bouldering Gyms, you'll be the heart and soul of our mission. We're on the lookout for proactive, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals to be the welcoming face for newcomers and regulars alike. Your role is pivotal in making everyone feel right at home the moment they step through our doors.
What You'll Do
Warmly greet and assist members and visitors during check-in
Be a guiding presence for first-time visitors, ensuring seamless waiver completion
Coordinate groups and parties, directing them to their designated meeting spaces
Offer knowledgeable assistance in retail, helping customers find their perfect gear
Manage the retail area and the point-of-sale system
Lead facility orientations and oversee climbing areas, ensuring safety and technique
Address visitor concerns with a proactive and positive approach
Uphold and enforce facility policies, maintaining top-notch safety standards
Collaborate across roles to keep the facility running smoothly

What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within fitness or recreation
High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred)
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various movements
Ability to thrive in a climate-controlled indoor environment
A commitment to maintaining focus, even amid distractions
