About The Role/Team
Join an elite team of highly skilled marketing professionals and play a pivotal role in ensuring that all market-relevant content reaches our customers effectively.
You’re the Right Fit for This Role If You:
Are a Champion of Customer Success: You love taking ownership in developing and executing effective, scalable cross-sell, and upsell campaigns targeting our global customer base to maximize the utilization of our solutions.
Drive Growth: You're eager to accelerate expansion pipeline growth by developing and maintaining a global customer marketing campaigns calendar, and executing weekly programs across email, paid media, paid social, and site optimization/updates.
Empower Our Team: You're passionate about creating and distributing sales enablement collateral, including call scripts, battle cards, data sheets, pitch decks, and incentives for our global Customer Success team.
Communicate Effectively: You bring hands-on experience in delivering monthly customer communications such as newsletters, release notes, and webinar promotions.
Collaborate Across Teams: You're excited about working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Gen to ensure that all market-relevant content is surfaced to customers in the right way.
Enhance Customer Experience: You can balance and support the Customer Experience teams to build out scalable education programs, reducing 1-to-1 support and improving customer lifetime value.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer marketing or campaign role.
Previous B2B Experience Is Required.
SaaS company experience is strongly preferred. Security and/or Networking (IT/technology industry) experience is a plus.
Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and an understanding of customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with B2B marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, LiveStorm).
A self-starter attitude and team player, able to accept direction and work independently.
A positive attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Experience in agile work environments is a plus.
Results-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail.
