Together, you will oversee a range of engaging print and digital projects.

A proven track record of seamlessly managing project pipelines, facilitating a steady influx of projects and ensuring smooth file transitions between content teams, designers, and copy editors.
The ability to deftly manage a diverse portfolio of projects, each with its unique deadlines, while meticulously tracking individual elements.
An agile approach, readily adapting to shifting priorities and adeptly reconfiguring schedules as required.
Proficiency in dissecting complex editorial procedures into tangible steps, streamlining processes effectively.
Independent initiative and an innate drive to exceed expectations, unafraid to ask pertinent questions and contribute insightful suggestions or remedies.
Remarkable organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring quality is paramount.
Exceptional expertise in rectifying grammar, spelling, and punctuation discrepancies.
Comfort in refining awkward word choices and syntax, while upholding the author's original vision.
Keen perception for detecting inconsistencies in formatting and identifying design/layout concerns.
Prior experience crafting meticulous yet user-friendly style guides and instructions for the guidance of others.

Qualifications Include
Over 5 years of editorial experience encompassing project management responsibilities.
A minimum of 2 years of involvement in the educational publishing sector.
A degree in English, Literature, Journalism/Communications, or a related field that reflects equivalent proficiency.
This role offers a contract engagement of approximately 25–30 hours per week, with the potential to evolve into a full-time commitment. Our company values part-time contract positions, recognizing their contribution to our dynamic work environment.
