Your Role
As the go-to Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll be the linchpin connecting managers, staff, and partners. You'll be a master of calendar management, ensuring precise communication and a smooth flow of information. Your ability to adapt to various working styles while maintaining professionalism will make you a crucial asset. In this role, you'll showcase sound judgment, timely decision-making, and excellent problem-solving skills, all while juggling multiple projects. Confidentiality, stellar communication, and outstanding organizational abilities are key components of your success.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboratively manage complex calendars for internal and external meetings
Procure equipment, software, and supplies for team members
Maintain team security groups and distribution lists
Coordinate team meetings, events, and office logistics
Assist in team headcount management and onboarding processes
Collaborate with business managers to streamline processes
Manage email communications for the Intern program
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Business Administrator or Executive Assistant
Software: Proficiency in MS 365 suite and MS Teams
Preferred: BS/BA degree, but not required
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Integrity, positivity, and the ability to handle sensitive information tactfully
