Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or Equivalent Experience) Is Preferred.
Proven experience in customer service management, including project management.
Familiarity with supply chain, inventory management, and manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote setting.
