We're on the lookout for two experienced Project Coordinators to contribute their skills to a range of exciting projects.
Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator (PC) within our team, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating projects of varying sizes and complexities. Your knack for coordinating multiple moving parts, facilitating project activities, and maintaining meticulous records will be essential. You'll be the link that keeps everything connected, ensuring projects are not just well-organized but also adhere to policy requirements, all while being completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities & Duties
Your work as a Project Coordinator will revolve around efficient multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication. You'll be a self-motivated team player who excels at problem-solving and thrives on collaboration. In addition to your soft skills, your database-specific expertise (SAP/SRM, Business Intelligence Reporting, 4Site, etc.) will be invaluable, alongside your proficiency in word processing, accounting, reporting, scheduling, and basic math.

Masterful Documentation Management: Create, organize, and maintain crucial project documents, cashflow records, forecasts, and journal transfers.
Savvy Procurement Management: Develop specifications, oversee bid processes, manage purchase orders (POs) and change orders (COs).
Financial Insight: Grasp finance and accounting reporting to contribute meaningfully to project success.
Negotiation Prowess: Navigate negotiations with finesse and confidence.
Analytical Powerhouse: Excel at problem-solving, with the ability to analyze situations from various angles.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Foster effective communication and collaboration among diverse team members.
Team Leadership: Showcase your talent for guiding and inspiring teams to achieve collective goals.
Organizational Wizardry: Demonstrate remarkable organizational skills, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
Microsoft Office Maestro: Command Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams with expertise.
Financial Stewardship: Collaboratively manage financial commitments, including budgets, audits, invoices/payments, and POs.
Archiving Authority: Capably oversee recording and archiving, concluding projects with asset creation and capitalization.
Reports To
Your day-to-day tasks will be directed by a skilled Project Manager, and you'll also be an integral part of our CAPEX Project Coordinator Support Team, led by our Business Process Management Consultant.
Location:
