Position Details
Location: Remote (Must live within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm (No Weekends or Holidays)
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Benefits: Eligible for comprehensive benefits package
Sign-On Bonus: Exciting opportunity for a $750 sign-on bonus
Requirements: Typing Test (minimum speed 35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
Your Role: Customer Service Specialist (Access Center)
Your Role Will Involve
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice that connects patients, healthcare facilities, physicians, and clinical staff.
Navigating electronic health records to validate and record patient information.
Managing incoming calls for various healthcare needs, ensuring prompt resolution.
Utilizing critical thinking to address caller needs and escalating complex issues when required.
Scheduling patient appointments and communicating essential information to clinical staff.
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or customer service.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Location: Must live within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri.
