Overview
Position: Claims Administrator
Are you wondering what a Claims Administrator does? Well, their primary role is to collect documents and data for our claims team. They handle incoming faxes and emails, set up claims, and liaise with vet clinics to gather any missing information and documents. Think of it as being the data entry whiz in the world of pet insurance!
We're on the lookout for the perfect candidate – someone who doesn't mind tackling a variety of similar tasks throughout the day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, appreciates the company of our furry friends in the office, is self-motivated and a team player, communicates with excellent written and verbal skills, types at least 75-90 words per minute, and is eager to be part of a fantastic company offering incredible benefits. While experience in a vet clinic is a plus, it's not a requirement. The base pay for this position is competitive, with opportunities to earn incentives based on claims processed.
