The Role
Are you a talented and imaginative Lead Designer looking to make a real impact? You'll be the driving force behind our design function, producing high-quality marketing materials that perfectly encapsulate unique style and creative essence. From brochures and website landing pages to social media graphics and classroom materials, your work will shape the visual identity of our company. And, the best part is, your design philosophy aligns perfectly with ours – bold, bright, and bursting with color!
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Teacher Growth, and Sales, to understand their design needs and requirements.
Champion our brand strategy and creative style, ensuring it is embedded consistently throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of design templates, assets, and resources for use across the company.
Craft visually stunning materials for both print and digital marketing campaigns, such as brochures, sales presentations, brand identity, and more.
Embrace the power of video and photography, incorporating them into marketing initiatives and website content.
Work hand in hand with other members of the Marketing team to create cohesive and captivating campaigns.
Stay ahead of design trends and tools, consistently delivering cutting-edge work that captures attention.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
Experience in a lead designer role, with a strategic mindset that goes beyond just execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant software (e.g. Figma).
Proven track record in creating compelling designs for social media, websites, online advertising, and print materials.
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit to excel in a team-oriented environment.
Bonus points for expertise in web design, UI/UX, and video and photography asset creation.
