What We Are Looking For
A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with an active, unrestricted license in the state of operations (or reciprocity if applicable).
2 years of valuable clinical experience that has honed your skills and knowledge.
1 year of health insurance/managed care experience to navigate complex systems efficiently.
Familiarity with medical management policies and procedures to deliver top-notch care.
Proficiency in PC and database usage, ensuring you can effectively manage patient records and critical information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect and collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and our cherished members.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate pre/post admission care.
In addition to these qualifications, you should be willing and able to travel occasionally within the assigned location. Having your own transportation and a valid driver's license for the applicable state will enable you to reach out to those who need your exceptional care.
