Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions while also developing and managing our university relations and programs. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and partner with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our recruitment and campus initiatives. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of establishing early career/university recruitment strategies, programs, and processes. This role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and plan work well for execution.
Essential Functions for the role include:
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, and career centers to promote our brand and opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and implement a university recruitment strategy to attract top talent from targeted schools.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.
  • Track and analyze recruitment and university relations metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage internship programs, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with our DEI committee to identify opportunities to increase diverse talent sources and partnerships.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers to candidates.
  • Meet recruiting metrics determined by the TA management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to fill their positions.
  • Plan and execute campus events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events while liaising with key internal stakeholders.
  • Create, manage and execute programming for internships.

Education and Experience:
  • Professional who exercises sound judgment and diplomacy
  • Must have the ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and required to exercise extreme discretion
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Experience with recruiting systems – UKG experience helpful
  • Prior experience within financial services/RIA industry is a plus
  • Timely follow-through & follow-up required
  • AIRS Search Lab (CIR) and Professional Recruitment Certification (PRC) a plus
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, including building rapport and conducting meaningful conversations both on the phone and in person
  • 3+ years of fast-pasted recruiting experience and successfully handling a variety of roles throughout the business; hunting and networking skills required
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues objectively
  • Ability to use good judgment, prioritize and plan work well, and execute deliberately
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, show adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; willingness to pitch in to help the team
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with flexibility. Work location is flexible with the expectation of being available for in-person meetings and/or travel.
Working Conditions:
Professional home office work environment, business hours with some early morning or late day calls and travel as required by the business, standing, and sitting. Ability to occasionally travel for career fairs and similar recruiting events.
