Do you have a passion for improving people's lives through recruiting? As a recruiter with Gilbarco Veeder Root, you will be responsible for building and deploying strategies to attract and hire top talent. You will partner with hiring leaders by consulting on the market and working with them to source and assess the right talent to help them attain their objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with the Vontier Talent Acquisition team to leverage recruitment tools and best practices.
• Work collaboratively to schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Source talented and diverse candidates through various recruitment methods and tools, including LinkedIn, online job boards, social media sites, college career centers, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen and short-list candidates to ensure they have the requirements and qualifications for each role.
• Create an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience with timely and impactful communications.
• Ensure compliance with employment-related regulations, pay transparency, and established policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.

Who You Are

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• 4+ years of corporate or in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo is a plus).
• Ability to interface well with candidates and employees at all levels.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Must have experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
• 2+ years’ experience in recruiting for technical, engineering, and professional level roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resource management (or equivalent).

The base compensation range for this position is $66,000 to $82,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
