Driven by rapid growth, Alpine has an immediate opening for an experienced, mission-driven, physician recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead, design, implement and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs. Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition and working in close alignment with the Chief Medical Officer and Market CEO’s, the Physician Recruiter is responsible for managing full lifecycle recruitment of physicians. You will also serve as the physician recruiting subject matter expert, advise company stakeholders and build relationships with residency programs.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and collaborate with hiring teams on the onboarding processes
- Influence leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Actively guide candidates through the hiring process to provide excellent candidate experience
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (including sourcing, screening and hiring experience) for physician roles
- Participate in the development of growth strategy as it relates to physician talent
- Advise on compensation, and market variables for physician talent
Education, Training and Experience
- Experience in primary care, family practice and internal medicine settings and knowledge of value-based care models
- 5+ years of recruiting Physicians, preferably in a start-up environment
- Advanced talent sourcing experience (networking and cold calling)
- Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Can present data and translate complex issues into comprehensible ideas in a concise and easily understood manner
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Strong Project Management skills with experience managing several projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively and be open to the ideas of others.
- A team player with very good interpersonal skills, who builds trust and strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a rapid growth, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- An engaging and approachable personality with the ability to negotiate win/win outcomes
- Healthcare industry experience working with provider groups preferred
