Overview: As a Recruiter, this position is responsible for delivery of excellence throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. You will take a role in helping drive quality outcomes through partnering closely with your hiring managers, other members of Talent Acquisition and your HR Business Partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hiring projects. You are accountable for managing the hiring and selection process including quality candidate sourcing that meet the needs of your Hiring Manager, the role, and the company. You will have a strong focus on direct sourcing and will understand how to effectively leverage the employer brand and understanding of the opportunity to screen and attract top talent. Your focus will be to deliver a positive and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified talent through a variety of outreach methods
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Move qualified candidates through the recruitment process, to include: Interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Source active and passive candidates through a variety of methods, including social media, campus outreach, contact lists, networking, career fairs, on-site career events, military outreach, etc.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure all new-hire paperwork and requirements have been met prior to start date.
- Develops and executes outreach strategies to build talent pipelines for assigned positions.
- Advise and consult with hiring managers on all hiring decisions.
- Ensuring all approved requisitions are posted in the ATS and other appropriate job boards
- Review and screen applications
- Research and adopt innovative tools and approaches to sourcing efforts designed to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Education Experience:
- High ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity required.
- 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process preferred.
- 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology
- Effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
