• You’ll Ensure the Client Partner team excels at the following: Customer Focus: Manage and optimize the overall customer account experience by driving high-touch engagements with C-level and senior level customers. Leverage extensive network, strong knowledge of business process and advanced sales expertise to create and nurture customer relationships and influence key decisions makers. Generate and land new opportunities and remain engaged post-transaction to ensure implementation and adoption so that customers are poised to succeed.
• Develop and drive growth & account plans, processes, and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio.
• Accurately plan and forecast revenue growth to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with senior level client contacts on a regular basis, delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback.
• Continually increase knowledge of the client’s business, challenges and opportunities.
• Account Management: Develops and drives strategy for aligned enterprise accounts and provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management’s strategic decision-making. Collaborates with Pre-sales, Customer Success, and internal Partner resources to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals.
• Drive positive customer experiences that result in achievement of quota across client partner accounts.
• Direct the team in effectively managing all commercial aspects of client relationships including contracts, pricing, profitability, and internal forecasting.
• Manage overall client satisfaction and the continuing growth and evolution of the clients.
• Effective Selling: Hunt for new opportunities within enterprise accounts and pursue leads from internal sources. Identify and drive expansion opportunities in aligned existing enterprise accounts; pursue leads identified by Customer Success team and Account Executives. Generate demand for Account Executives, identifying white space and optimizing new product opportunities. Utilize solutions-oriented, systematic approach to selling, leverage mastery of sales best practices and sales methodology.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Client Partner team instilling best practices Executive engagement, setting client expectations, value reinforcement, cross-sell, and engagement strategies that lead to relationship building at C-level.
