A leading-edge cyber risk management company is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Vice President of Sales to join the team. As the SVP of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding customer base. This is a high-impact position that requires a visionary leader who can build and manage sales teams while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve aggressive business objectives.
- Drive the expansion of the company's customer base, targeting key industries and market segments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability within the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, consisting of regional managers, account executives, sales support staff, and etc.
- Implement best practices and sales methodologies to optimize the sales process, improve overall sales effectiveness, and enhance customer experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights and sales analytics to identify market trends, evaluate performance, and make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of the cyber risk management landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from $50 Million to $200 Million or higher.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on cyber risk management, cybersecurity, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully building and leading sales teams of 20+ members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage clients at executive levels.
