A leading-edge cyber risk management company is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Vice President of Sales to join the team. As the SVP of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding customer base. This is a high-impact position that requires a visionary leader who can build and manage sales teams while delivering exceptional results.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve aggressive business objectives.
  • Drive the expansion of the company's customer base, targeting key industries and market segments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability within the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, consisting of regional managers, account executives, sales support staff, and etc.
  • Implement best practices and sales methodologies to optimize the sales process, improve overall sales effectiveness, and enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and sales analytics to identify market trends, evaluate performance, and make informed business decisions.


Requirements:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the cyber risk management landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from $50 Million to $200 Million or higher.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on cyber risk management, cybersecurity, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and leading sales teams of 20+ members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage clients at executive levels.
