As the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be the driving force behind our financial and operational success. You will oversee a talented team of leaders and analysts, ensuring the delivery of accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and compensation & headcount allocation. Collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, you will provide strategic guidance, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage data-driven insights to influence business decisions and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, fostering career development, and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
2. Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, providing critical insights and KPIs that drive strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.
3. Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis by streamlining processes, enhancing automation, and ensuring the timely and transparent delivery of information for informed decision-making.
4. Innovation & Problem Solving: Champion innovative and strategic solutions to address challenges, enabling the organization to seize opportunities and overcome obstacles.
5. Financial Modeling & Budgeting: Take ownership of the full company's 3-year financial model and capital allocation process, driving the annual budgeting process to align with company objectives.
6. Investor Relations Support: Collaborate closely with the Investor Relations team, providing comprehensive business and financial insights to enhance external communications.
7. Finance Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a key finance thought leader, providing expertise on pricing and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
8. Financial Acumen: Deeply understand all aspects of the business and financial statements, utilizing data-driven analysis to guide critical decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience in a leadership role overseeing FP&A functions within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
3. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
4. Proven track record of driving process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Experience managing large teams of 30+ professionals.
