Job Description

We are currently hiring a Senior Vice President of Healthcare Consulting to join our Global Strategy Team. This is an ideal role for a strong thought leader with broad expertise in healthcare, BPM-Tech, and Consulting with a passion for conceiving, selling, and incubating large transformational programs across functions and capabilities.


Key Requirements:

· Conceptualize (client, internal) and manage large (multi-capability) $10M-$25M annual savings per client transformational projects.

· Partner with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement innovation led healthcare practice reengineering.

· Work with prospects, clients, referral sources, intermediaries and when appropriate competitors to continue to position Sagility as one of the foremost authorities in the HealthCare BPM space.

· Use expertise, skills, and partnerships to differentiate, raise awareness of and improve the perception of our organization through the sharing of relevant and interesting insights.

· Help define strategy, including new products and represent Sagility at client and advisory forums. When appropriate create content through business blogs, long-form articles, whitepapers, podcasts, videos, our website, infographics, and practical content.

· Develop relationships with key client stakeholders (Business, IT) to help influence the sale and implementation of new programs.

· Function as broad healthcare expert sharing expertise to assist the sales and client services team to educate the client on how we offer the best solution(s).

· Ideate and reposition Sagility as a leader in the U.S Healthcare Services Market.

· Understand Sagility client requisites and use expertise to provide information and ensure they understand the impact of changes in the healthcare market before or as it happens.

· Advise on scaling Healthcare Service Lines and advisory assets across CIO Advisory, Healthcare Consumerism, Digital, M&A, Wearables and Telehealth.

· Analyze and interpret healthcare data related to patient outcomes, healthcare costs and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize healthcare delivery.

· Assess and develop emerging solutions.



Education, Experience, and Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree Required, Engineering or MBA a strong plus

· Six Sigma / Lean Sigma - Black Belt/ PMP certified a strong plus

· Minimum 10 years of experience as a high-level Strategic Consultant in U.S Healthcare BPM and Technology

· New Service Creation, BpaaS implementation and ideation experience, Ideation & conceptual experience of new products and service line creation.

· Experience designing strategic roadmaps for growth and innovation and innovation practice reengineering.

· Strong experience with technology as-a-service and as an enabler in U.S Healthcare.

· Keen awareness of U.S Healthcare Governance, Compliance and Audit Parameters.

· Thought leader and deep familiarity with the U.S. market, competition, and trends (e.g., Industry

· initiatives, developments, and enhancements).

· Strong influencer, ability to achieve results working as part of matrix cross-functional teams (IT, Sales/CRM, Practice)

· Excellent presentations skills, superior analytical skills, and experience with U.S Healthcare domain expertise.

· Demonstrated experience in creating influential content through business blogs, long-form articles, whitepapers, podcasts, videos, our website, infographics, and practical content.
