What’s The Role…


The Senior VP, Technology is responsible for the vision, execution, and overall success of the software development, delivery, and production support of the Modern Campus SaaS software and technical services portfolio. This responsibility includes the creation and maintenance of high-quality software through the R&D/Software organization, the delivery of production systems via the DevOps team, achieving high CSAT scores through product support and timely delivery of internal IT requirements. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be a high performing executive and leader able to oversee a wide range of projects while providing valuable technical insight and governance


How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Strive for improvements to maximize efficiency in the software delivery lifecycle
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify impactful technology changes and incorporate as appropriate into company skillset and product
  • Create and maintain a software delivery cycle that is predictable and repeatable
  • Provide project forecasting and predictability by working with the Product, Engineering & Operations leaders
  • Incorporate a security first attitude that safeguards customer and company data and respects privacy needs
  • Create a culture that strives for high quality, high performing software production
  • Provide key reporting metrics to drive commitment and improvements to quality and timely deliveries
  • Establish training to meet technical skills gaps in team
  • Create a highly collaborative environment with product, marketing, sales, and other leaders

  • The salary range* for this full-time position is between $175,000 - $300,000* and annual bonus eligibility.

What You Offer…


  • CISSO, CISSP, or CISM certification or demonstratable years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Analytical and process-oriented with an innovation mindset.
  • 10+ years managing multiple development teams, devops, support, and IT staff
  • Demonstrated capabilities in delivering high performing, scalable, SaaS software products
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Agile methodology expertise
  • Ability to lead effectively as a manager and cross-functional peer.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into operational activity
  • Ability to identify and report on key performance metrics
  • Experience working with remote/geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience with Security and Privacy compliance including PCI, SOC-2, TX-RAMP, GDPR and other industry requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent demonstrated technical skills and background
  • Superior communication, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills to promote customer success.
  • Strong experience with software deployment within AWS and Azure
  • Superior communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive background with software development, automated testing, and general software SDLC considerations
  • Experience working with and developing remote teams both onshore/offshore
  • Experience delivering on a Multi-product portfolio incorporating a wide range of core technology and infrastructure
  • Strong DevOps knowledge focused on security, reliability, and cost optimization
  • Corporate IT infrastructure knowledge
