🌎 Location: United States East Coast (Remote + 30% travel)

We are partnered with a revolutionary Smart Water leader who are actively looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations to join their leadership team. The Senior Vice President of Operations will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and play a crucial role in optimizing operational activities, driving efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end development process and enhance productivity
• Implement operational policies and best practices
• Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with business objectives
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and growth plans
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams and promote collaboration
• Integrate acquired companies while maintaining quality and employee satisfaction

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (comp science or engineering preferred)
• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, preferably in industrial automation
• Prior experience in Automation and Controls would be strongly preferred
• Experience in the smart water space is required
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of production methodologies and project management
