We’re seeking an Executive Recruiter, supporting Corporate Functions.

in this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide competitive intelligence, market mapping and research
• Manage executive search firms to deliver candidate and hiring manager experience consistent with BNY Mellon standards
• Provide extraordinary level of support to senior leaders in sourcing, engaging and recruiting future leaders of the company, with a focus on diversity
• Design and negotiate complex compensation packages and close offers with executive candidates
• Engage and cultivate a network of executive level talent with a diverse set of backgrounds for current and future needs

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 3+ years of in-house executive search or executive search firm experience
• 8+ years of recruiting and/or recruitment agency experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in identifying, assessing, recruiting and building positive relationships with senior level leaders
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
