About The Senior Partner Manager At Headspace

Headspace is looking for an experienced partner manager to shape and grow our B2B Partnerships. In this critical role, you will work alongside other members of the partnership team to own the day to day management of our partners and their clients. You will also be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners and representing Headspace as the leader in the industry to positively impact the lives of millions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, relationship-oriented, and mission-driven.


How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:


  • Collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with leaders from internal teams including Sales,Product, Operations,Clinical Care, Client Success, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop a strong GTM plan and manage co-marketing activities such as events, webinars, etc.
  • Build, customize and present our solutions and capabilities, and expand the broader conversation around mental health strategies with key innovation leaders within the partnership space
  • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence for ease of doing business with a specific set of partners
  • Work closely with our Account Executives to mutually leverage strong relationships with key contacts within named partners to drive sales qualified opportunities
  • Support the growth of Headspace by driving vetted and qualified opportunities from Partners to the Sales team driving a strategic plan to ensure consistent referrals to Headspace
  • Comfortable with developing strong and deep partner relationships and executing cross-functional teamwork
  • Serve as the point person and day-to-day contact from Headspace to executive-level stakeholders at our partners


What You’ve Accomplished


  • High attention to detail, superior presentation skills, and the desire to lead national strategic projects with high visibility
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
  • 8 +years of experience in employer benefits and or digital health market
  • Established, successful track record of sourcing, developing and maintaining partner relationships
  • Experience in partner management, business development or sales development
  • Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver quality projects on time
  • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and a proven track record of success with strategic partners
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, healthcare or wellness


Pay & Benefits


The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $91,170-$138,000.


At Headspace, cash salary is but one component of our Total Rewards package.
