JOB SUMMARY

The Director/Sr.Director for Partner Marketing is responsible for driving the recruitment of Amagi partners and help them become successful in the market. Partner marketing is the bridge between our products and our partners. This includes crafting a GoToMarket strategy and executing it. The incumbent will identify the target partner profile, define the unique value proposition for sell to / through and with, and drive all promotions and communications including co-marketing. This position requires a deep understanding of partner requirements, different customer segments & use cases and be able to craft and communicate audience specific messaging for each partner and customer segment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure execution of programs with partners to drive client engagement - such as: digital summits with partners to engage CX audiences
  • Enablement programs and communication into partners
  • Develop new channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans to drive joint GTM campaigns. Manage all partner marketing campaign communications.
  • Provide partner enablement tools like Total cost of ownership (TCO) or return on investment (ROI) calculators
  • Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies. Gather marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results
  • Craft and develop compelling partner-specific messages and tools (product videos, presentations, datasheets, case studies, demos, blogs, whitepapers etc.)
  • Develop a deep understanding of Amagi’s products, customer use cases, competitive solutions and the industry landscape
  • Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies. Elevate the partner engagement across systems integrators and alliance relationships.
  • Profitable demand generation programs with partners to drive sell with / through
  • Prepare training materials needed to enable channel partners to successfully communicate Amagi’s value proposition to customers
  • Establish and drive our brand with partners, and the communication and marketing enablement to drive joint campaigns. Efficiently utilize partner MDFs - ensuring execution of programs that drive a clear ROI


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the customer to match internal business goals and objectives
  • Effective communication skills (written/verbal) to achieve specific objectives
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology and/or business environment - particular within a Channel/Alliance role
  • The ability to establish metrics, standardize data sources and manage third-party providers
  • The ability to identify, understand a problem and its root cause, and research effective solutions
  • The ability to gain others support for ideas, proposals, projects and solutions
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Marketing, communications or on-line agency experience, or some mix thereof, required
  • Ability to be flexible and independently meet deadlines
  • Action and results oriented
  • Strong background in driving ROI from engaging with channel communities
