Job Description
Position Summary

Partner Success Manager will be the point of contact for the client and Wealth Assistants, LLC. PSM will share monthly reports with clients, schedule monthly calls to review store performance and communicate with Clients on a weekly basis through a CRM. Additionally, the will be a strategic partner in coordination with our operations team to assist in the growth of the account


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing monthly Amazon store performance and updates to clients
  • Holds consultant role in approach to growing the store’s success in partnership with operations
  • Sends weekly communication to clients of reporting for their store
  • Plays strategic role in overseeing account issues and resolutions through internal ticketing system
  • Attend weekly meetings with department staff
  • Conducts monthly zoom meetings with clients


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Loves constant communication with people and does not shy away from delivering both good and bad news
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Tech-savvy is a must as we use multiple platforms to service clients (knowledge of gdrive, google doc and google sheets, Amazon Seller Central)
