Job Summary:


We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Incumbent's responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.


Job Responsibilities


  • Support and train the hiring managers in the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates.
  • Cover full-cycle recruitment (compiling job descriptions; advertising; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; qualifying and assessing candidates using different evaluation methods).
  • Being proactively involved with development projects for improving recruitment (assessment process, ATS, etc.).
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and activities, working closely with marketing and the rest of the people department (campaigns, marketing channels, etc.).
  • Prepare on-boarding activities for People Business Partners.


Job Requirements:


  • Experience in hiring both Tech & Non-Tech roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • (5-7) years of proven work experience in the Talent Acquisition function (Agency experience is a huge plus).
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, and candidate management systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are more of a doer than a talker – you want to deliver results.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Exposure to global markets (MENA Preferred).
  • You feel confident in negotiations and getting to know the core reason.
