As a Partner & Customer Marketing Manager at Pinecone, you will be responsible for developing and managing co-marketing programs with our customers and with AWS, Google, and Microsoft that drive adoption and revenue for Pinecone and our joint solutions. You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.

Pinecone is a distributed team with clusters in New York, San Francisco, and Tel Aviv. You will be part of a world-class team from companies like Amazon, Google, Databricks, and Splunk. The company emerged from stealth in January 2021 with $10M in seed funding — led by the same legendary investor as Snowflake — followed by $28M Series A funding announced in March 2022 and $100M Series B funding announced in April 2023.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, manage, and nurture between reference customers and develop customer case studies.
  • Plan and execute multi-touch partner marketing campaigns with AWS, Google, and Microsoft to drive product adoption and sales opportunities.
  • Build strong and fruitful relationships with partner managers, sales organizations, and customers.
  • Identify, track, and optimize measurable outcomes from partner programs.
  • Create and execute the partner marketing strategy for other companies in the AI/ML and data ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Experience co-marketing with at least one of AWS, Google, or Microsoft through official partner programs.
  • 4+ years experience in channel/partner marketing programs for a developer-focused company.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience planning and running fast-paced, multi-touch marketing campaigns.
