Job Description

INTRO


As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving success through our channel partners in the US market. Within the role, you’ll engage with resellers and distributors that cover multiple verticals (EDU, SLG, ENT) to identify how the FileWave platform can help them to drive key organizational efficiencies when connecting with their customers. This position will play a critical role in building and continuing to grow our channel program. You will help drive partner enablement and sales engagement activities while driving the company’s revenue growth.


YOUR MISSION


  • Manage activity to support new business growth in deal registration and pipeline development while achieving quarterly revenue success.
  • Work with reseller reps to identify qualifying FileWave opportunities.
  • Set goals and own self-management to meet quarterly business objectives.
  • Develop and convey strong brand messaging and create opportunities through sales training, potentially in large group settings.
  • Plan and execute partner marketing activities including programs, contests, and incentives.
  • Report quarterly to the manager on the state of Partners’ sales and engagement.
  • Educate partners about FileWave products and services.
  • Drive sales engagement with all regional reps by participating in floor days, call blitzes, team huddles, joint customer events, tradeshows, etc.
  • Present and demo products to resellers and end-customers, where needed, both individually and in group settings.
  • Prepare and review the annual sales plan with the manager.
  • Work cross-departmentally to assist the internal (FileWave) sales team on reseller-driven calls, webinars, or onsite visits.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a professional setting
  • Experience communicating frequently over the phone and/or formally presenting
  • Channel Partner experience required, preferably in tech or software
  • High-performing self-starter, with high energy, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude
  • The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of high-performance-output teams with the ability to meet and exceed achievable goals
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Proficiency with CRM, preferably Hubspot
  • Excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to multitask.
  • A deep understanding of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form
