As the HR Partner for the Operations Management and Facilities Services (OMFS) business you will be a part of the Americas HR Solutions Team. This is a highly matrixed role with accountability to the OMFS business, Solutions Team and BIA HR Leadership. You will join forces with our engaging business and HR leaders to deliver on our people strategy in addition to driving talent initiatives and solutions. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for Employee Relations and problem solving with the ability to implement creative solutions.
You will provide leadership, insight and key input on people-related matters, operational HR support and strategy implementation. In this role you will leverage your people management and leadership skills to help teammates discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward in their career. Your partnership with operations leaders will be collaborative yet will allow you to make the best decisions independently and impartially in the interest of the organization.
In partnership with key business leaders, you will advise and coach on key people-related initiatives including inclusion and diversity, talent attraction and retention, compensation, organizational design, talent management and selection, change management, succession planning, employee relations, compliance and legal. You have a keen eye for identifying talent and will help develop and elevate high potential ADVENT HEALTH SOLUTIONS, PLLC staff, building our future leaders. Additionally, your attention to detail will help you guide leadership decisions and proactively identify organizational issues through data trends, reporting and metrics. You’ll implement and enforce human resources policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance and risk mitigation. In this role you will also be key to our transformation and have input to how we continue to strengthen our HR organization and drive efficiencies.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
Advanced senior-level human resource experience with demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective initiatives.
Strong people leadership skills including a desire to develop others
A demonstrated ability to lead with influence to drive business success
Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization to inspire trust and confidence among a diverse set of stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion
Thorough critical thinking and problem-solving skills; demonstrated by the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead complex organizational change initiatives in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational planning and development skills with a particular focus on assessing employee populations, benchmarking talent, and implementing development programs
Well organized, having deep leadership and managerial skills, and the flexibility and adaptability to be able to change direction instantly to meet the dynamic needs of this growing, changing organization
Absolute integrity, proven business acumen, knowledge of industry trends and HR best practices, superior collaboration, and communications skills, as well as passion, perseverance, and creativity
Courage to make decisions and act upon them
The ability to deal with ambiguity and the resilience required to lead in challenging times
This role partners with our Operations and Maintenance & Facilities Services groups. For success in this role, experience supporting a high volume craft population, as well as strategic partnership with all levels of leadership are critical.
