Frederick Fox is a boutique & privately-owned executive search firm. We are focused on Accounting & Technology positions at the Senior to C-Suite level.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Properly position our Value Proposition and Core Differentiator to client prospects and current customers
· Manage Advertisement Outreach Campaign
· Take our hot candidates to market and build out new clients
· Mushroom your customers for repeat business and buildout/shroom our current customer base
· Build a T-10 Business Development Plan
· Effectively market our hot candidates via cold calling & email outreach
· Set meetings via zoom or in person with Hiring Managers and internal talent acquisition and/or human resource teams
· Pick up the phone and make things happen
· Understand our service differentiator and effectively explain our solution to Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition professionals
· Develop expertise in our verticals and become a thought leader in the local market
· Conduct Reference Calls and position our firm recruiting solutions
· Drop off marketing material in person and or creatively touch our prospects with thoughtful outreach
· Price consulting engagements
· As you grow, you will land engagements, establish our recruiting process, and close hiring solutions for clientele.
· Follow up with clients post-hire and ensure Frederick Fox Hiring and Quality Hiring System. It is imperative both the client and candidate are followed up with Post-Hire
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited University preferred
· 3+ years of Sales Experience for a recruiting agency or technology consulting firm
· Executive Search industry experience is highly desired. Best if you have chops from a recognized firm and a real competitor in the market.
