In the B2B vertical at Flywire, we offer AR software combined with a world-class global collections network to help our business clients streamline their accounts receivable processes. The B2B Channel Partnerships Program leverages Flywire’s trusted banking and software partners to help grow our B2B client base through referrals and joint prospecting activities.



The Opportunity:


We, at Flywire, are seeking a Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will help grow our B2B vertical by generating client leads through Flywire’s existing and future channel partners.


The role will involve maintaining relationships with our active partners, managing the client pipeline referred through our partners, and sourcing new partnerships. You will develop a deep understanding of the market and Flywire’s services and solutions in order to communicate effectively with our partners and identify which clients will find the most value in our product. Our B2B success is dependent on developing partner relationships and this role will be a crucial part of our team.


  • Coordinate and attend client events
  • Partner management (60% of role)
  • Manage new partner onboarding (tech integration work, GTM plan)
  • Track progress of referred clients through sales cycle
  • Source new partners and negotiate favorable terms for Flywire
  • Track and report KPIs for the B2B partnership program
  • Meet and drive alignment on agreed partnership outcomes
  • Maximize partnership potential by implementing relevant trainings and standard operating procedures for partners (seminars, trainings, etc)
  • Generate monthly and quarterly pipeline reports for partners and escalate any relevant issues
  • Calculate revenue share and coordinate with Finance to send payments to partners
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with B2B partners
  • Regularly review the partnership roadmap and make relevant adjustments
  • Partner Prospecting (20% of role)
  • Identify B2B partner prospects based on management strategy
  • Articulate combined value to shared clients via joint meetings and client engagements
  • Assign partner leads to appropriate Flywire sales executive based on an established framework
  • Referred client management (20% of role)


Qualifications


Here’s What We’re Looking For:


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Travel 15-20%
  • 5+ years of combined experience in business development or partnership programs
  • Experience working for a payments or fintech company is a strong plus
  • Passion for and commitment to business success and a tested ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing competing priorities
  • Boston or New York City location a strong plus
  • Technically proficiency to understand and promote Flywire’s product to partners
  • Experience working in high-growth companies in Strategy, Operations or Business Development positions
  • An independent, organized, self-starter that can set their own direction when needed
