Job Summary:

As a Global Talent Partner, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline. This involves proactively identifying and attracting highly skilled candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. In order to achieve this, you will need to establish strong relationships with key members of the US management team.


In addition to event coordination, you will play a crucial role in providing recruiting support to fill open positions promptly. This entails working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the specific requirements of each role and sourcing candidates who possess the desired skills and qualifications. You will conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates to ensure they align with the organization's standards of excellence.


Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of potential candidates. This involves utilizing various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and industry-specific resources. By leveraging these tools effectively, you will identify and attract top talent to join the organization.


As a Global Talent Partner, you will also need to anticipate future hiring needs based on demand and attrition. By collaborating with the US management team, you will gain insights into the organization's growth plans and workforce projections. This information will enable you to develop proactive recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Curiosity and interest in our industry and the people who make it.
  • Experience in sourcing exceptional candidates and building out candidate pools for a number of different roles.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders throughout the business.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience as an in-house or agency recruiter, preferably in a fast paced & scaling business.
  • Previous SAP recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work within a high-volume recruitment team.
