Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Human Resources Executive to join our manufacturing company. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources operations, strategy, and development within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in human resources, specifically in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Work closely with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives and action plans.
  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
  • Participate in the interviewing and selection of key positions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, build relationships with external partners, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  1. Performance Management and Employee Development:
  • Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to deliver relevant programs.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity, engagement, and development.
  1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Promote a positive work environment, fostering employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to maintain competitive market positioning.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  1. HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR policies and compliance matters.
  1. HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
