Human Resources Coordinator, Mml Hospitality

MML is continuously expanding, managing, and owning hotels, such as the Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, with new projects in Texas, Colorado, and California currently under development. We also provide F&B consultation for the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets throughout the property. MML owns and operates all its properties and only takes on projects that align with our vision and values.
What we're looking for:
The HR Coordinator drives our mission by supporting the HR team and working with employees across the business to ensure MML is a great place to work. This individual will complete clerical duties for an MML's human resources department. Their main duties include providing administrative support to employees, assisting the HR team with recruiting candidates to fill open roles and providing assistance with payroll processing functions.

What you'll do:

• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Distribute internal communications related to employee-focused events and policies
• Assist in creating, editing and updating HR and training material
• Assist with the preparation of the performance review process
• Assist with the coordination of recognition and rewards programs
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR team
• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommend corrective action
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• File documents, update records and maintain HRIS system
