As the Sr. Manager of People & Culture you will be responsible for contributing towards the development and execution of the P&C strategy designed to engage and evolve our high-performing, purpose-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have experience leading all aspects of HR in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment. She/he will exhibit a sleeves-rolled-up attitude, sound judgement and effective decision-making skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages benefit vendor relationships and ensures compliance with applicable local, state, and federal law
- Actively seeks ways to automate HR processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Develops communication plans to support people & culture initiatives including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, open enrollment, performance management and corrective action
- Conducts pay analysis and ensures pay grades are updated and accurate
- Maintains and optimizes HRIS data
- Manages recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for the home office; collaborates with hiring mangers to understand competencies required for openings
- In partnership with the leadership team, identifies ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Coaches, mentors, and acts as a confidential resource to the organization
- Oversees the administration, enrollment, and communications for all benefit programs
- Addresses employee relations issues as they arise
- Executes on company performance management process
Job Requirements:

- BS in related field and at least 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
