We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for HR analytics and a deep understanding of compensation processes. As part of our team, you'll utilize your advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform intricate data analysis, while also serving as a reliable bridge between our Human Resources colleagues and management.
Key Requirements
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with HR compensation data and processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR peers and management
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support during annual bonus and merit cycles, including data analysis and template maintenance
Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using industry-specific competitive market data
Assist in salary survey submissions and tracking, offering backup support when necessary
Offer expert counsel to HR colleagues on compensation matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Contribute to documenting and communicating compensation plans and policies internally
Act as a valuable project member in various initiatives throughout the year
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures
Stay updated on global compensation regulations to ensure compliance
Undertake ad-hoc projects supporting the Global Compensation team and HR colleagues as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation (required)
