SR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESSOR

Location: San Carlos, CA - Hybrid (2 days at office, 3 days at home)

Pay Rate: $65K - $80K (Direct Hire)

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM (some flexibility)

Duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 3-way invoice matching – purchase orders/budgets
• Set up new vendors and update existing vendors.
• Allocate security invoice between properties
• Review building engineers invoices
• Process approximately 100 invoices per week
• Reconciliation of vendor’s statements and open/unpaid invoices
• Research invoices in NEXUS when necessary and request journal re-classes
• Update utility cost spreadsheet allocations
• Allocate invoices between tenants’ pools

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong accuracy, analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in business related software: Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and data entry
• Nexus, Concur, and JD Edwards software experience is desirable
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
