Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Collaborate with procurement and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate vendor payments
• Supervise and lead the accounts payable team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Oversee the matching, coding, and processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Monitor accounts payable aging and take necessary actions to ensure timely payments and minimize late fees
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues
• Perform thorough reviews of invoices, verifying accuracy, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies
• Resolve escalated issues and discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred
• Proven experience 3+ years in accounts payable, with a focus on handling high volume transactions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using accounting software
