This opportunity is open to all interested candidates.

The San Diego Unified School District is recruiting for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist to provide technical and administrative assistance in the operation, processing, maintenance and training related to the accounts payable functions of the district.

Please note: There is one (1), 8-hour, 12-month position available.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be paid on the OTBS Salary Schedule. Salary Grade: 040. The OTBS Salary Schedule can be found by clicking here.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to four years of recent, paid, progressively responsible experience in the accounting field, including at least two years in accounts payable or purchasing.

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Typing/keyboarding certificate for 35 words per minute, net corrected speed.
